It has everything under the sun! An all-in-one destination resort that reflects the unique character of southwest Florida’s Gulf Coast, Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor brings together unparalleled amenities, accommodations, and food and beverage offerings along the scenic Peace River. The resort is near historic Punta Gorda, within easy reach of Fort Myers and Sarasota as well as attractions such as Englewood Beach, Boca Grande, Little Gasparilla Island, Cabbage Key, and Captiva Island.
We are thrilled to welcome you and your dogs with open arms! We welcome well-behaved dogs to enjoy any outdoor area of Harbor Yards Food Hall. Due to health code requirements dogs are not allowed to dine inside any restaurants, bars or at the pool. For resort guests, a dog fee of $100 per night for up to 2 dogs, plus tax will be applied to your room. There are two small fenced in dog park and relief areas located next to Sunsuites Valet & Main Valet under the Main Tower on the ground level. Contact the hotel directly when making your reservations to notify us that you will be bringing along your furry friend.
What are the parking options at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor?
During your stay or visit, you may choose to park in one of our self-parking lots, or our Valet option. Sunsuites guests will proceed automatically to the Sunsuites Valet on arrival.
Will your parking lot have electric car charging ports?
Yes, we are able to charge most electric cars in our self and valet parking lots. Please contact us before your visit for more information or with any questions.

If you are flying in to Punta Gorda, we provide a shuttle service for a small fee of $15.00, each way. If you have an upcoming reservation, or are looking to add airport transfers, please contact the concierge at the front desk at 941-867-3576 or email sunseeker_concierge@sunseekerresorts.com.
A daily resort fee of $30 plus applicable tax will be applied to all reservations. The resort fee includes: Highspeed internet access in guestrooms and public space, in-room coffeemaker, complimentary cold filtered VERO water (refillable stations throughout resort), access to PressReader App for online digital newspaper library, complimentary fitness center access for guests 18+ and free yoga or spin classes*, priority spa & salon appointments at Lorelei, Reflections pool amenities including towel service, unlimited local and toll-free calls, cable TV with digital streaming connectivity and discounted Bike Rental.

Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor is a non-smoking environment; smoking is permitted in designated areas only as indicated on the resort map and property signage. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee of $500 for a standard room and $1,000 for a suite should there be evidence of smoking in the guest rooms or suites.
Our priority will always be to provide access to your room as quickly as possible, standard check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.

At this time, all of the 785 units will perform as hotel rooms, none of the components are on sale for customers to buy. We do offer special benefits and rates to our guests who are looking for long-term stays, which are found here.
There is not direct beach access from Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor but we have two unique pool experiences onsite, one at ground level and one on our rooftop. The closest beaches are:
- Port Charlotte Beach Park ~10 minutes
- Stump Pass Beach State Park~40 minutes
- Blind Pass Beach~45 minutes
- Manasota Key/Englewood Beach~45 minutes
- Boca Grande/Gasparilla Island~48 minutes

We welcome everyone to experience our spa and salon or any of our 20 dining outlets. We also invite the community to enjoy a leisurely walk along our waterfront promenade which is just under half a mile (900+ steps). Where can I play golf when visiting Charlotte Harbor?
Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor will have its own resort golf experience exclusively for our guests, Aileron Golf Club, home to world-class practice facilities, distinctive course design, modern culinary offerings, and unforgettable gathering spots. Complimentary shuttles will run between the resort and Aileron Golf Club for guests with a tee time or dining reservation.
Do I need to be a resort guest in order to access and play the golf course?
Yes, our golf course experience is reserved for resort guests only.
Do I need to bring my own equipment to play at the golf course?
You are welcome to bring your own golf equipment with you or enjoy the option of renting golf clubs and balls or purchasing other essentials available in our Pro Shop. The golf course has a brand new lithium ion fleet of golf carts that have the latest Pace Technology on board with GolfLogix for mobile users.
Is there a spectator fee at the golf course?
Resort guests are welcome to bring their accompanying resort guest with them on the golf course, even if they are not playing golf and just wish to watch or dine at the golf course restaurant.
Is there a spa?
Yes, Lorelei Natural Beauty & Wellness offers a variety of spa and salon treatments by appointment only that are open to both resort guests as well as outside guests. Visit our spa + salon page here for more details.
What pool experiences are there for guests to enjoy?
We have two waterfront poolside experiences for our hotel guest to enjoy; Reflections Pool located at ground level and the rooftop adults-only pool, Level Blue.
There are 9 cabanas at Reflections Pool available for daily rentals. Cabanas rentals include personal cabana host, lounge chairs, dining area, ceiling fan, umbrella, HDTV with Satellite channels, personal safe, towel service and more. Food and beverage service is available for an additional cost.
Pool loungers are first come, first served and are subject to availability. Guests can reserve a cabana or one of our reserve seating options through the Concierge.
Level Blue swim & sun activities is an adults only experience (21+). Advance reservations for lounge chairs are required with a small daily access fee.
Are the pool experiences open to outside guests?
At this time, our pool experiences are exclusive to resort guests only.
What restuarants are there on property?
Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor is pleased to offer 20 original food & beverage concepts; including seven stand-alone restaurants, eleven bars & lounges, two poolside offerings, and a 25,000 sq ft multi-dining experience.
