It is important to us that everyone who visits our hotel feels welcome and finds the experience seamless and rewarding.   • Roll-in shower or tub with grab bars (specific bathing fixture type is indicated for each room in the room name)

  • Toilets with grab bars

  • Visual alarms and notification devices

Additional hotel accessibility information:

  • Guest room TVs have closed captioning or closed caption decoders provided 
  • Hotel’s valet parking accepts vehicles specially outfitted for wheelchair users 
  • Accessible guest transportation with advance notice 
  • Hotel has a TTY for guest use 
  • Service animals are welcome without imposing any extra charges or conditions, in guestroom/suites and all public areas of the facility 
  • Braille and tactile signage is provided for permanent rooms and spaces 
  • Audio/visual fire alarms in common areas 
  • Hotel employees will read menus and other printed/visual information and provide verbal directions to locations in the hotel to guests who are blind/low vision 
  • Hotel staff are available to move furniture and provide and adjust accessible features in guestrooms 
  • Hotel staff are trained to offer assistance, upon request, to persons with disabilities who cannot transport their luggage to/from their guestrooms and who may need assistance in locating guestrooms and hotel amenities/guestrooms when features require installation or adjustment to ensure accessibility

Conforming functionality means that efforts were taking during the development of the website to follow WCAG standards.
