WHY WE CREATED THIS PROGRAM
Sunseeker Resorts Team Member retention bonus program comes as the hospitality job market in Florida is experiencing one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country. With over 1,200 positions to fill at our inaugural resort, we’ve created an innovative retention program to attract and retain top hospitality professionals in Southwest Florida and beyond.
Our culture is rooted in our CORE values of integrity, respect, accountability, teamwork, and excellence, which we are dedicated to delivering to our team members. Their growth and longevity with the company is why we’ve created this program for eligible hourly and select entry-level salaried employees.
To demonstrate our commitment, we are dedicated to investing up to $100 MILLION in a rewarding incentive program. Qualified Team Members will receive a $100,000 RETENTION BONUS (payable in $10,000 annual installments) after completing 10 years of continuous full-time employment.
WHO QUALIFIES
Program Terms
Fulfillment of 10 years of continuous full-time* employment with Sunseeker Resorts or Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor.
The $100,000 bonus is payable in annual installments of $10,000** per year for 10 years after service requirement is met.
Bonus Program is subject to applicable tax withholding requirements payable by Team Member.
*Full-time employment required as of Dec. 20, 2023.
**First disbursement paid within 90 days of Nov. 20, 2033.
